Talent buying
We buy for our own promotions, so we know what a fee should be before we ask. That is the difference between a quote and a negotiation.
- Real market fees, not list prices
- Holds and first refusals
- Counter-offer handling
Booking worldwide since 2009
Buzzbuzzbee is a full-service entertainment agency. We source, negotiate and produce live entertainment for festivals, brands, venues and private clients — from a single headliner to a full stage build, handled end to end.
Services
Take the whole service or just the part you are missing. Both are normal here.
We buy for our own promotions, so we know what a fee should be before we ask. That is the difference between a quote and a negotiation.
Line-ups built as a curve, not a list — headline weight where the money is, discovery where the room can take it, and a budget that still balances.
Technical delivery under one manager. Riders read line by line, suppliers tendered, and a schedule the crew can actually work to.
Sponsorship that survives contact with the artist. Rights, usage and on-site presence agreed at contract stage, not on the day.
Dates that make geographic and financial sense, with the visas, carnets and freight booked around them rather than after them.
Deal memos, riders, insurance and the night's settlement, all in writing. No handshake deals, no surprises at the end of the show.
Who we represent
We keep the list short enough to know every act personally. Names we have worked with, not directory entries bought from a database.
Acts that can hold a field at midnight, with the production spec to match.
Selectors for rooms between 200 and 2,000 capacity, booked as one-offs or a season.
Tight, rehearsed and set-list flexible — the safe answer when the night has to work.
Support and second-stage names on the way up, priced before the market catches on.
Acts who read a business audience: no long intros, no awkward silences, clean language.
Soloists, quartets and small ensembles for ceremonies, dinners and brand films.
Selected work
Three nights that show the range: an outdoor festival, a routed tour and a black-tie room.
Festival · two stages
Programmed both stages, booked the headliner eleven weeks out after the first choice pulled, and rebuilt the running order without moving the curfew.
Tour · nine cities
Routed nine dates across five countries, carried the carnet and the freight, and settled every venue inside the same week the tour ended.
Private · black tie
Orchestra, a headline vocalist and three speciality acts across one evening, under NDA, with a stage change that took four minutes.
Working with us
No portals, no ticket numbers. A person reads it and replies.
Every enquiry gets a human answer inside the working day, even if the answer is that we are not right for it.
We go to the artists directly and come back with who is free, at what fee, and what the room would need to make it work.
One deal memo covering fee, terms, cancellation, rider and payment dates. Read it once and it is done.
We are in the building. Changeovers, curfews, guest lists and the awkward conversations are ours, not yours.
Our side of it
The people behind Buzzbuzzbee have promoted, toured and produced. Between them, more than 1,809 shows and enough cancelled headliners to have a plan for it rather than a panic.
We work from Berlin and travel to the shows. An agency that never leaves the office learns nothing about the rooms it is selling.

Good to know
Still unsure? Email [email protected] — we answer every enquiry, including the ones we cannot take.
Because a published fee is not a real fee, a rider is not a suggestion, and a cancellation at short notice needs somebody with relationships. If none of that worries you, book direct.
Room size, audience, budget and what the night has to achieve. We deliberately include one name you have not thought of — that is usually the one that gets booked.
We go again, at no cost. Getting the first shortlist wrong is our problem, not yours.
Yes, and we price them honestly. Booking someone on the way up before the market notices is one of the few real bargains left in this business.
A named production manager from truck call to strike, plus the booker who sold you the show. Not a runner with a clipboard.
Written schedule at contract stage, funds held where the deal requires it, and a full settlement sent within the same week as the show.
Enquiries
City, date, capacity and a budget range are enough to get real names and real fees back.
A person reads every message. If we are not the right agency for your night, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
